Newly Improved MyRollingTray Service is Now Under New Management

Hello rolling trays connoisseurs. Good news - MyRollingTray is now under new management, which is bringing some much needed improvements to our products and services.  We, the new team, have reviewed your feedback and have addressed some of the most common complaints and concerns to make this the best custom rolling tray service in the world.

Improvement #1: Production Time

In the past some orders have taken more than a couple months to get produced.  This is in part because almost every order we get is made on demand and sometimes with the COVID era supply chain issues, shipments get delayed.  We're working hard to bring our turnaround time on orders way down to less than half the old time.  Now you can expect your custom personalized made-to-order rolling trays to ship out in just 2-3 weeks.

Improvement #2: Print Image Accuracy

Some past customers had pointed out that their trays were cropped a bit differently than they expected, often zooming in the image much more than they had seen in the image cropping and positioning feature here on the website.  We now are working with new software tools that have allowed us to remedy this issue and get the accuracy MUCH better and print very close to what you see on screen.

Improvement #3: Message Response Time

Some reviews made it clear that customer service emails did not get responded to quickly enough.  We know that our customers are the life blood of our business, and we have committed to improving this issue.  When you contact us for support or questions on your order, you can expect a timely, prefessional response now every time.
