FAQ – My Rolling Tray

How Long Does It Take?

The processing and production times for our custom products vary based on the product you selected, please see below:

Processing / Production Times:

  • Custom Classic Rolling Trays: 2-4 weeks  
  • Custom LED Rolling Trays: 2-8 business days
  • Custom Glass Ashtrays: 2-5 business days

(Note:  The date you placed your order counts as day zero/0.)

* Processing times may vary depending on any issues with your design / graphics, or our current order volume.

NOTE: We will ship all products in 1 shipment once the full order is complete.  For example, if you order a Custom Rolling Tray and a Custom Ashtray, the ashtray will ship with your rolling tray once both products are processed and produced.  You will receive an email the tracking information for your full order.

 

How do I know when my order will arrive?

To get an estimate of when your order will arrive, take your order date (day zero), add noted processing time, then add the estimated shipping time to determine when your order is estimated to arrive. 

For example if you order a custom classic rolling tray on a Monday (day zero). the 1st day of processing is Tuesday, then add 2-4 weeks from that date, plus standard shipping time. 

 

When will I get an update on my order?

You will get an email confirmation with your order# after you have successfully placed your order.  You will then be notified via email once your order is ready to ship. 

Our custom products have varying processing times and multiple steps.  Due to order volume, we do not send an update at every step of processing.

If your order has NOT yet passed the max processing time listed, please do NOT contact us for an update on your order (ie Our custom classic rolling trays take 2-4weeks to process, please do not contact us after 2 days or 1 week asking for your tracking# or an update on your order - we make your custom orders 1 at a time and your order is likely still processing).  Your order is likely still processing and will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

If your order has passed the max processing time listed, please contact us for an update on your order.

 

I ordered multiple custom products with varying processing times - when will my order ship?

We will ship all products in 1 shipment once the full order is complete.  For example, if you order a Custom Rolling Tray and a Custom Ashtray, the ashtray will ship with your rolling tray once both products are processed and produced.  You will receive an email the tracking information for your full order.

Processing times for Custom Products vary based on product.  If you need a product shipped separately ahead of the completion of the full order, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping time is separate from production time.  Once your order is produced and ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking# for the order.

How Do I Track my Package?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking# for the order.  You can use the tracking# provided to track your order.

 

I need to update/change my existing order - how do I do that?

Once your custom order has been produced/printed, we are unable to make changes to the order. 

Please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been sent to production to request your changes, you can do so by  Contacting Us

 

Do you offer wholesale rolling trays?
