- These trays take 2-4 weeks to be produced on-demand
- There are no refunds unless there is an issue with the tray, which we will absolutely fix (we cannot restock a tray with your custom design on it)
- Note: Due to the tray customization process and curvature of the tray, any text or images placed on the curved/raised edges of the tray or handles may be stretched, cut off, or not aligned exactly as seen preview. As such, please do NOT place any important design elements such as logos, text, images, etc on the curved, raised, or tray handle areas.

How to Order
Submit your design. Once you pay, you’ll get an email confirming your order (make sure you use your email address when you checkout instead of just your phone number). Once we finish ordering (remember, this will take a few weeks!), we will send you a tracking order and you’ll have your new custom rolling tray in no time at all!
